01. Where you're starting from

You know who I'm describing. Because it's You.

You're not ill. You're not weak. You're capable - and that very capability is starting to chafe. It costs more and more. It gives back less and less.

  • You feel numb. Even in the things that used to bring you joy.
    Success, sex, food, your children - all of it like through glass.
  • You push through everything on gritted teeth.
    Running on will, not on want. You collapse in the evening. The next morning, you start again.
  • You don't have words for what you feel.
    "Fine", "tired", "stressed" - and that's where the vocabulary ends.
  • Your body is tight for no reason. Neck, jaw, chest.
    The doctor finds nothing. Massage helps for two days.
  • You're alone, even when you're not.
    With your partner, your children, your mates from work. Surface contact. No depth.
02. What we do

No theorising. Experience, not talking about it. Real work grounded in psychology.

A method of my own, developed over nine years - drawing on Lowen's approach, psychodynamic work with emotions and defences, and body work through movement, massage and dance.
You can spend ten years explaining to a therapist why you feel nothing. Or you can walk into a room where something actually happens. The second option takes two and a half days.

We open and close the weekend in a circle. This is where men say things they haven't said anywhere else. And they are heard.

Your body carries the history of what you didn't let yourself feel. Lowen's exercises dissolve the muscular armour you've built since childhood. Underneath it are emotions. Underneath the emotions - a living man.

Individual work against the backdrop of the group

Anyone who wants it gets twenty minutes of direct work with me. The group witnesses. You can take my hand and go deeper. We go together into parts of your body and emotions that have never been visited. For many, working on the mat is the peak experience of the weekend.

Thirteen, fourteen men in a room. No performance. For the first time in years, you'll hear another man say he feels exactly the same. That disarms more than ten books about masculinity.

03. What you get

The goal is your personal contact with your body and emotions. Everything else follows from that.

The body is the missing piece. The mind, in its search for safety, flew too far.

Deeper body sensation

Your body is changeable, mysterious, experienced through the senses - not through analysis. You approach it like a tracker in the jungle, with friendly curiosity.

Deep calm and steadiness

Hard to believe you can feel like this. The head goes quiet. The body pleasantly loosens. Inner peace.

06. Who leads it

I've been where you are now

Marcin Poćwiardowski · facilitator of transformational spaces

I remember my own loneliness and confusion from my younger years. I do this work because I know what it's like to be stuck and to have nowhere to turn.

I've been in clinical practice since 2009. Since 2017 I've worked with men in workshops - because men came to me last, the most armoured, and they opened the most when they were given the space.

I work with the body using Lowen's method, which I love for its uncompromising commitment to feeling.

Over 9 years I've taken more than 700 men through this weekend. I know when someone is close to a breakthrough and when to slow down. I know what body resistance looks like - the kind that will turn into a resource a year from now. The safety you have with me comes from hours, not from promises.

Weekend

Three days. Fourteen men. Body work, breath, movement. No theory, no advice, no judgement.

You return on Sunday evening with something you didn't have on Friday.

Who it's for

For men 25+, committed, active, ready to do something real - not another course. Whether you've hit the wall or you're just starting to notice something isn't working.

Who it's not for

Not for those looking for quick hacks. Not for the chronic debaters, or those proud of having it "differently" from everyone else. Not for observers who'd rather watch than do. This workshop requires full engagement. You grip it and you don't let go.

Questions and answers

Are there any health contraindications?
Yes. The workshop is not suitable for those with active psychosis or in the acute phase of severe psychiatric conditions (antidepressants are fine if your doctor or therapist agrees), epilepsy, glaucoma, serious heart conditions, or active addiction. If in doubt, please get in touch.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move freely in. A spare set - we sweat. We work barefoot. You'll need your own large terry towel (standard 70×140 is fine, not microfibre) for the exercises. A pen and a notebook - note-taking on your phone won't be possible. Water.
Do I need any prior experience?
No. Body work requires neither psychological knowledge nor physical skill. Everything happens as it should.
What specifically happens at the workshop?
Men's circle at the start and end. Bioenergetic exercises (standing, lying down, in pairs). Expression. Silence. Movement. Eye contact. Sometimes laughter, sometimes tears. Pure experience.
What if I fall apart and can't manage?
That's exactly the point - to surrender to feeling. That's what this work is for. No one forces you into anything. You always have the option to step back from an experience that's too much. I hold the space safely, and I assure you - I know how to do this.
What about accommodation and food?
Accommodation and meals are not included. Lunch breaks are long - enough time to get somewhere, eat and let the food settle. Unhurriedness is also body work.
What if I need to cancel?
The workshop starts at the moment of registration. Make the decision and stick with it. In justified circumstances, you can transfer to the next date.
What happens after the weekend?
The weekend is a beginning. By attending you gain access to the community of workshop participants. You can repeat the workshop or attend the 5-day Advanced. You can also work with me individually - I don't take on anyone for individual work who hasn't been through the workshop first.
