You're working with what talking can't reach. The tension that's lived in your chest for years. The voice that jammed in your throat when you were twelve, and never left. The anger you turned into sarcasm, because anger wasn't allowed. The tenderness that wants to open up to your children and doesn't know how.
You're not ill. You're not weak. You're capable - and that very capability is starting to chafe. It costs more and more. It gives back less and less.
A method of my own, developed over nine years - drawing on Lowen's
approach, psychodynamic work with emotions and defences, and body
work through movement, massage and dance.
You can spend ten years explaining to a therapist why you feel
nothing. Or you can walk into a room where something actually
happens. The second option takes two and a half days.
Your body carries the history of what you didn't let yourself feel. Lowen's exercises dissolve the muscular armour you've built since childhood. Underneath it are emotions. Underneath the emotions - a living man.
Anyone who wants it gets twenty minutes of direct work with me. The group witnesses. You can take my hand and go deeper. We go together into parts of your body and emotions that have never been visited. For many, working on the mat is the peak experience of the weekend.
Thirteen, fourteen men in a room. No performance. For the first time in years, you'll hear another man say he feels exactly the same. That disarms more than ten books about masculinity.
The body is the missing piece. The mind, in its search for safety, flew too far.
Your body is changeable, mysterious, experienced through the senses - not through analysis. You approach it like a tracker in the jungle, with friendly curiosity.
Hard to believe you can feel like this. The head goes quiet. The body pleasantly loosens. Inner peace.
Strong experiences give strong signals - previously inaccessible ones. New doors open in the brain.
Aggression and tenderness, irritation and gratitude - all equal. And you move through them without trouble. Flow.
Which gives you the strength to defend yourself, to say NO, to reach for what you want, to say YES to life.
You've been through more with them than a weekend. You understand each other at a different level. Something connected you. With them, you can go further.
"I have years of productive therapy behind me, but this workshop reaches places I was never able to touch in therapy. An extraordinary complement to the process of knowing yourself."
"When engaged body work is added to the therapeutic conversation, something switches. Knots release. Blocks that stopped me going deeper - things I'd tried to work through with talk alone - finally let go."
"The best workshop I've attended - and I've attended many. Dozens, including the most well-known trainers, coaches, psychologists and experts."
"It's not an exaggeration to say that Marcin's workshop changed my life. In two and a half days, something shifted. I heard myself. I understood my body better. I returned with a strong sense of agency and layers of energy I didn't know I had."
"There are mornings when you wake up and feel alive. When you take a full breath, when you feel your body is full of energy and the world full of possibility. Today, for the first time in a long time, that's how I feel."

No faces, no names - just hands in a circle. It happens on Sunday,
in the last hour, when the weekend has already occurred and
everyone knows it. A symbol you can't argue with.
On the photo: January 2024 workshop.
I remember my own loneliness and confusion from my younger years. I do this work because I know what it's like to be stuck and to have nowhere to turn.
I've been in clinical practice since 2009. Since 2017 I've worked with men in workshops - because men came to me last, the most armoured, and they opened the most when they were given the space.
I work with the body using Lowen's method, which I love for its uncompromising commitment to feeling.
Over 9 years I've taken more than 700 men through this weekend. I know when someone is close to a breakthrough and when to slow down. I know what body resistance looks like - the kind that will turn into a resource a year from now. The safety you have with me comes from hours, not from promises.
Three days. Fourteen men. Body work, breath, movement. No theory, no advice, no judgement.
You return on Sunday evening with something you didn't have on Friday.
For men 25+, committed, active, ready to do something real - not another course. Whether you've hit the wall or you're just starting to notice something isn't working.
Not for those looking for quick hacks. Not for the chronic debaters, or those proud of having it "differently" from everyone else. Not for observers who'd rather watch than do. This workshop requires full engagement. You grip it and you don't let go.
Meals, accommodation and travel at your own expense
No assistant, no chatbot. I read and reply myself, within 2 working days.
Come. The only effect of procrastination is a dull, depressing feeling of incompleteness, of being stuck in today.
Tomorrow you will also have to make a decision - why not today? You think tomorrow you will be wiser than today, fuller of life? Perhaps tomorrow you will be younger, fresher? Tomorrow you will be older, less courageous. Tomorrow death will have come closer. Never postpone anything to tomorrow. Tomorrow may come - but it may not. If you must make a decision, you must make it now.
